Rule-based automation
Saying "we have WhatsApp integration" is not enough; what matters is deciding yourself which event sends what, to whom and when. In Ten Number automatic messages run on rules built over a closed set of triggers.

Each rule turns WhatsApp and in-app notifications on separately and uses your own message template.
Rules can be narrowed by team (including sub-teams) and athlete status, and one trigger can carry several rules — for example a separate message on day 1 and day 7 of a delay.
None of them is on by default: until you create a rule, not a single message is sent.
You don't need a separate tool for every job.

Everyone works from their own screen.
Roles are hierarchical. Managers, coaches, parents and athletes see the same academy with different permissions; a parent reaches only their own child's data, an athlete only their own.

What people ask before getting started
- Which sports does it support?
- Football, basketball, volleyball, handball, futsal, indoor sports (pilates, yoga, reformer), swimming, canoeing, archery, fitness, American football, rugby, ice hockey, water polo and field hockey. The position list and the training pitch follow the sport you pick; templates can be customised for special projects, sports schools first and foremost.
- Is there a mobile app?
- Yes. Web and mobile come together; managers, coaches and parents all use the same app with their own permissions.
- Can I bring my existing athlete list over?
- Yes. Fill in the ready-made spreadsheet template and import the whole list at once. A preview screen shows you the faulty rows before anything is saved.
- What can parents see, and what can't they?
- A parent only sees their own child: calendar, attendance, reviews, nutrition plan and payment history. They cannot reach another athlete's record and cannot change anything.
- How is personal data protected?
- The privacy notice and explicit consent are recorded at sign-up, stamped with the version and the date. Uploaded documents are stored encrypted on the server and only authorised roles can open them.
- How do I get started?
- You fill in the demo form on this page and we get in touch. We go through your academy together and open your account, and at the start you use it free of charge. We don't ask for card details.
